How long does it take to get a refund for my order?

If your order is cancelled, a refund must then be processed by our team.  This process usually takes 1-2 business days, but may take longer based on various factors impacting your funds to show up in your account.  Other factors include the processing time by GoVets' Enterprise Payment Processor and the time it takes your back to allow funds to appear within your bank account.
