I have an Urgent Matter and need GoVets Enterprise Support to contact me as soon as possible

If you have not received a response from GoVets Enterprise, we are so sorry about the inconvenience.  GoVets Enterprise has experienced a significant increase in Support requests during recent months, and we are expanding our support team to fully support all channels, including Chat, Phone Support and Emails (Tickets).  With that said, if you have an issue that requires attention as quickly as possible, please include URGENT in your Email Subject line and that will ensure we can provide a response ASAP.  

 

However, with all requests, to help expedited a response to your question, we urge you to provide a very detailed message that includes ALL relevant information, such as:

  • Your GoVets Enterprise Order Number (and date of order, if possible)
  • Name on the Order
  • Ship-To Address
  • Item(s) ordered
  • Specific Request:
    • Quote Request (and Due Dates, if applicable)
    • Product Lead Time
    • Order Update
    • Tracking information required
    • Cancellation Requested
    • Return/Return Requested
    • etc.
