Why was my order cancelled by GoVets Enterprise?
At GoVets Enterprise, our goal is to list the most accurate information about our supplier inventory along with the lead time for our products (i.e. when products will be shipped after they are ordered).
If your order was cancelled after it was processed, it may be due to one of the following rare circumstances:
- Our supplier encountered extremely high demand for this product and the item is no longer in stock.
- The product is discontinued and no longer available.
When this happens, our goal is to issue a refund as soon as possible if your payment has been captured as part of the transaction. Refunds are often returned to your method of payment on the same day, but often take up to 1-2 business days.
