What is PASSPort and how does it relate to GoVets?

PASSPort is New York City’s Procurement and Sourcing Solutions Portal. NYC uses PASSPort for procurement activities, including vendor and requirements-contract workflows. For GoVets’ NYC DCAS requirements contracts, PASSPort provides the entry point to approved GoVets contract catalogs and PunchOut purchasing. GoVets’ role is to provide the applicable contract catalog and shopping experience; the City and each agency control their internal approvals and procurement process.
