PASSPort PunchOut access is catalog-specific. When an NYC buyer opens a GoVets requirements-contract catalog, the buyer sees only the products included in that selected contract catalog rather than the full GoVets.com assortment. This helps keep the purchasing experience aligned with the applicable NYC contract.
