Tony Galluscio
CEO / CTO
Mr. Galluscio, a United States Marine Corps infantry veteran and Clemson University alumnus, has over twenty-five years of combined military and industry leadership experience. As a former Fortune 500 executive with thirteen US patents and a Master of Science in Computer Science, Mr. Galluscio has a track record of success leading important technology programs that are geared toward innovation and making a difference. As the CEO and Founder of Veratics, Mr. Galluscio is responsible for setting the overall strategy while guiding and overseeing Veratics’ engagement and execution in both the Federal Government and commercial industries.

Marc Bernard
President
Mr. Bernard, an established technology leader and Georgetown alumnus, has twenty years of industry experience. He is a CFA® charterholder with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, an Executive Master’s in Leadership from Georgetown, a Master of Science in Finance, and a Doctorate of Business in Finance. He has five US patents and his experience spans technologies from telecommunications to healthcare IT and other related fields in both the Federal Government and commercial industries. As our President, Mr. Bernard is responsible for stellar program execution, tracking, and control.

Josh Stephens
Chief Software Architect
Mr. Stephens, a technology thought leader and Auburn University alumnus, has a decade of industry experience. He is a talented software architect with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Software Engineering. His experience includes evaluating architectures, designing systems, creating software, and implementing Agile methodologies for both large and small businesses. As our Chief Software Architect, Mr. Stephens is responsible for all aspects of software architecture including recommending high-level design choices and technology standards to ensure Veratics provides maximum value to our customers.
