Our supplier network ships millions of products directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors throughout the United States.

This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, expected delivery timeframes, and what customers can expect after placing an order.

Shipping Destinations

GoVets offers Free Standard Shipping on eligible products throughout the 48 contiguous United States.

At this time, we generally do not ship to:

Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
U.S. Territories
International destinations

However, exceptions may be available for:

U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses
Government agencies
Certain manufacturers or product lines

Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping

GoVets offers Free Standard Shipping on virtually all products shipped within the contiguous United States.

This includes many:

Standard parcel shipments
Oversized products
Freight shipments

Some exclusions or special delivery charges may apply and will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.

Order Processing

Most in-stock products ship within 1–3 business days after your order has been received.

Processing times may vary for:

Built-to-order products
Made-to-order items
Manufacturer-direct shipments
Products requiring special handling
High-demand or limited-availability products

Estimated shipping timeframes are displayed on the product page whenever available.

Freight Deliveries

Some large or oversized products require freight delivery.

Depending on the manufacturer and carrier, additional freight services may be available, including:

Liftgate delivery
Residential delivery
Inside delivery
Appointment scheduling

Shipping Notifications & Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, GoVets will send email updates throughout the fulfillment process.

Customers can also monitor their order status by logging into their GoVets Account, where they can view:

Because many products ship directly from manufacturers, tracking information may become available after the shipment has been processed.

Shipping Restrictions
