The purpose of this page is to facilitate listing of products on GoVets.com using a simple comma separated value (CSV) file. This CSV file must contain one product per row.

The section below includes a table that provides specifications for the required data fields necessary for product listing:

Guidance: 

• Key fields are supplier_id and supplier_sku, which will generate a unique SKU for each product.
• If a SKU is already on GoVets, the product information you provide will replace the existing one. If your SKU does not exist on GoVets, it will be added as a new product.
• If a SKU is found on GoVets but not in your supplied file, it will be removed from GoVets.
• Consider the CSV file you upload as the "source of truth" for what is available on GoVets. As such, it is crucial that your data contain all required fields for every row in your sheet. Failing to comply with this will result in your entire sheet being rejected.
• Once your CSV file is prepared following the specifications in the table below upload it in the  Product Launch Form.
• Please double-check your information before sending to ensure accuracy and completeness.

This is the quantity required to achieve free shipping on a given order. Set to zero if not applicable. Set to 1 if there is free shipping.

shipping_cost_type

fixed, per_unit, or third_party

fixed means that there a single shipping charge. Per unit means the shipping cost is applied to each unit in the order. Third party means that the shipping is paid separately from the order by GoVets directly.

Cost to GoVets per unit to ship the item. Set to zero if free shipping or if GoVets is paying for shipping.

Description of the product enclosed in quotes. This may contain HTML.
